A couple of great CDs of soprano sax playing are by my good friend, and USC
classmate, Harvey Pittel. "Bach and Noodles" (Crystal Records CD654)
features Harvey on alto, soprano and sopranino. The selections are all the
way from Bach to Dorsey. Quite an eclectic mix. The second CD I would
recommend ifs "The Harvey Pittel Saxophone Quartet - Live in Chicago" (Mark
Records MCD-2106). Here Harvey plays almost entirely on soprano, with
selections running from Toccata and Fugue in Dm to My Funny Valentine. He
is, by the way, one of the only sax play I know who uses circular breathing.

I play on a Keilwerth soprano. Great horn.
