What is the forte of the V12s anyway?

Just what goes into reed customization? I have't got there yet so I
don't know it but how much trimming can one do to get the "perfect" sound?

Has anyone tried the Australian reeds? I'm really interested in those
lately. Does anyone know how I can get my hands on some free reed
samples from major companies?

I'm thinking of getting the WhiteMaster reeds for my eefer.

I welcome ALL comments.
