read. Does anyone know this piece? Is there a recording?

U.S. clarinetist Richard Stoltzman will give the Canadian premiere of
the Clarinet Concerto by senior Finnish composer Einojuhani Rautavaara.
Toronto composer Gary Kulesha, whose continuing prominence at the TSO
remains disappointing, is represented. But otherwise, there's little in
the way of contemporary and off-the-beaten-track repertoire.
