Not sure if my last message got through. How about Pocket-Size Sonata
No. 2 by Alec Templeton. I heard Sonata no. 1 at Clar-Fest a few years
ago and found that it was out of print, so I ended up with no. 2. It
has three movements, a little jazzy and lots of fun. Publisher is
Shawnee Press.
