This is probably a question that Michael Bryant could answer exactly. I
believe that there have been a series of acquisitions over the years. In
the most recent, de Haske purchased Fentone which includes the rights to
these books.

The copies I have (of More Clarinet Virtuosi of the Past and Clarinet
Virtuosi of the Past) were printed 8-10 years ago. These books are thick,
expensive and relatively slow selling. I presume that de Haske has decided
that reprinting them is not a good investment.
