I agree with everything that Tom Henson said. I use Abe's book, "Tone
Technique & Stacatto" for my own development as well as a few of my
students. I too love the Gonzalez reeds, but I am stuck right at 3 1/4
strenth. I like the fact that Gonzales reeds are sold at 1/4 strenth
intervals, and 3 1/4 works great in the mountains. Our altitude is
higher here. I also agree with the person who endorsed Pasquale Bona's
"Rhythmic Articulation" for improving rhythm and sight reading. ANNIE
