I tried a bunch of Concerti and Eternites, together with Opera, in an A
clarinet search done a couple of years ago. The Eternite and the Concerto
were supposedly identical in bore, differeing only in key construction; the
Eternite had the Leblanc "jump" trill keys for the right hand index finger,
the Concerto had the more traditional offset kep cups. I found no playing
difference between them. If you like the Concerto, one of these would be a
steal at under $1K.

The "Infinite" is the same as the "Eternite" with the register key vent
placed as an R-13 (a mm or so towards the bell). I guess "youthful tone"
means "sharp"?

Before I would buy a new clarinet, I'd try a Yamaha or too as well. I've
bought both a Bb and an A in the last year and a half (after spending way
too much time testing and otherwise driving my spouse and cats insane).
YMMV, of course, but I would urge you to give them a spin.
