It says that the Eternite is a Concerto without the
same key structure (it has the Leblanc patented
In-line Jump Key mechanism.)

Considering this instrument was discontinued 6 years
ago, it definitely is the model I am thinking of,
because I tried this model out before the Esprit was
created years ago (early 90's) when I was in a master
class with Tom Ridenour. He had brought the new Opus,
Concerto, and Eternite with him for try outs. It was
then that I bought my L300, since the price of the new
Leblanc models were so high.

Donna, if you try the Eternite and love it, go for it.
The instrument is of a professional caliber, by
description. Just make sure it is the one you like (as
you would with any clarinet.) I would try out many
different clarinets before buying any one clarinet,
simply because if you can afford it, buy the
instrument that sings for you.
