She has made absolutely no effort to contact the CORRECT people or use the
"Any other questions" address below. There's not much you can do to help -
people have to contact me.

I do not and will not unsubscribe people just because someone asks - they
must contact me and provide the proof that they are who they are and other
proof. Otherwise unscrupulous people could just ask that someone else be
(subscribed/unsubscribed). That's why there's a double opt-in/opt-out
procedure.
