I've played the Peck several times. It always seems to go over well with
youth audiences. It's a package deal - when you rent the music, you also
have to hire Russell Peck as narrator for his own piece.

As far as the piece itself is concerned, or Peck as a composer, I would say
he's a very smart guy. He knows how to write stuff which will get
performed, and how to make some money for it. That's commendable. Having
played several of his pieces, they may not be my own personal cup of tea,
but people seem to react well to it.
