To everyone, especially clarinet lovers, in the vicinity of Flint, Michigan:
Lawrence Liberson, assistant principal clarinetist with the Detroit Symphony
Orchestra, will be performing von Weber's "Fantasia and Rondo" with the
Genesee Wind Symphony. Time and place are 7:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 4, in the
MacArthur Recital Hall of the Flint Institute of Music, in the Flint
Cultural Center on Kearsley Street. There is no admission charge to the
concert; donations are welcomed.
Mr. Liberson will also be holding a free master class clinic in the Anderson
Room of the Flint Institute of Music from 3:30-5:00 p.m. on the same day.
