Well, I'm reappearing with some egg on my face over the bouncing email
snafu's here. I'm still not sure whether or not I contributed to them
but if I did, the problem remains somewhat unexplainable.

November 17th I upgraded my browser to Netscape 6.2 then sometime around
the last couple of days of December, my ISP became unable to transfer
all of my email to my computer. Several days ago the situation reached
a critical overload so I was notified of a stuffed mailbox on my ISP.
The problem may or may not be resolved, only time and checking my
webmail online versus downloading through my browser will be the only
way I can figure out how to monitor and keep the situation under control
in the short term.

Meanwhile, if I've been responsible for some of the bouncing emails all
I can do is sincerely apologize and let everyone know what happened.
