Dan,
Here's another voice for making your own case. I did it with my pair of
basset clarinets as they didn't fit in the old case any more after I had
them extended. Afterwords, I had a cover made professionally with a zip
compartment on it but the insides I did with foam rubber and chamoise
leather. It was really fun and *satisfiying* to make it by myself.
