I did a search on the klarinet archives looking for the name of a person
or company who will make a 1-off instrument case for my basset horn.
The case I have is nice but I need more pockets, more room to store
things. And if I am going that far, then I'm going all the way and try
to get one made in a leather outside, though that is not obligatory. I
don't want a bag or a sack. The ones I saw are not as protective of the
long rods and keys of a big clarinet body. So it needs to be a case.

Someone told me that there is a company in the UK that makes such cases,
but had no knowledge of who they were or how they were contacted.

Any advice? Anything in the US? Who makes cases to order because one
is not going to find anyone advertising off the shelf basset horn cases.
