Regarding plane/hotel reservations:

I have purchased airplane tickets for my wife and I, on KLM. The quote I
found on Travelocity was the lowest from LA-Amsterdam-Goteborg. We are
flying into Goteborg, Sweden, to pick up a new Volvo at the factory. Volvo
is picking up the cost of both tickets, BTW, plus two night's hotel in
Goteborg. The car is expensive, but we save about $2300 in airfare.
