It depends on your ISP. When I was on Compuserve, there was a specific
amount of space that you could have for your mailbox. When that amount is
exceeded, your emails are bounced because your "mailbox is full". MSN's
email has that problem. I know that, because last weekend, I was asked to
send an email to a company for my exwife, while she was in the hospital for
surgery. The email bounced over and over for four days until they finally,
I assume, checked their messages. I suppose it also depends on what plan
you're on. I have "unlimited" email with my ISDN-128 connection. I
remember back in the 56k days there was some limit. We checked at least
twice a day, so it wasn't a problem.
