Karl asked about trigger finger-
I have had the surgery for this and it was really no
problem. I don't even recall having had stiches. If
you decide you need the surgery, I really suggest
going with what they call "conscious sedation". It
involves a really nice tranquilizer, no pain, and
cookies while you wait for your ride to show up.

Did I mention the tranquilizer? I don't know why it's
called "conscious", I don't think you really are all
that conscious.

Did I mention the trank?
