If Saran wrap is anything like what is sold here as Glad Wrap, I'd have
thought that you be more at risk of chocking and poisoning. I certainly
wouldn't like to have plastic wrap anywhere near my mouth, nose, throat etc
when I'm playing. I've previously used what is used by florist here and can
be purchased from florists as "florists' tape". I now use a dental guard
custom made by a dental technician, which I believe was well worth the
investment, even as an amateur player (or perhaps, especially because I am
an amateur player?). Gavin.
