Please excuse my ignorance. Could David Glenn give me some info who Cardon
is (was); when the concerto was written; what difficulties there are in
preparation, and is there a recording of it? If no recording, will the
German concert be recorded, and is there any way I could purchase a copy
afterwards. Thank you.
