IIRC it's Barry Green, a bass player in Cincinnati Symphony.

I found the same thing, and in addition it's longer. For me, the original
IGoT is much more concise and to the point. The adaptations are nice, and
I'm sure they make Mr. Gallwey a lot of royalties, but...

Anyway, as Neil suggests, YMMV.
