No, I'm inclined to believe Dzubay wrote the note on purpose, knowing that it's possible to play it somehow. He's at Indiana University, with Howard Klug et. al., and I know the work has been performed there. Perhaps if Howard Klug is still reading the list he could tell us how they did it?
