I was a bit luckier. I was scheduled to play a big band gig, but the=20
promoters cancelled at the last minute. Poor ticket sales, I suppose. In=
=20
any event, by contract, they still had to pay us! We are going to use the=
=20
money for equipment and music, and the new matching ties that one of our=20
members sewed for the occasion.
