You can use parafilm to cover your lower teeth so that
you don't cut your lip. I don't use it but a lot of
people here use it and so does my private instructor.
A lot of them say that it works great and that they
wouldn't play unless they had it, it works that well.
All you do is mold it to fit your teeth and then it
lasts for quite some time. Good luck to you.
