Nope - time outs et al. are at the receiving end. There are control
characters that can interfere with reading, and there are headers that may
be malformed, but the list doesn't play with those - it just adds its few
headers and merrily passes everything along as-is.

We have found that there are a few mail clients that get confused with
perfectly valid input, and others that get confused on header errors from
the sender. Don't know which it was. But it wasn't a list problem.
