I checked the Vandoren website (http://www.vandoren.com/) for specific pitches of their mouthpieces and found this:
"The regular Vandoren mouthpieces such as the B45, 5RV Lyre, B40, etc. are all tuned to A442. The 13-series mouthpieces such as the M13, M15 13, B40 13, 5RV lyre 13, etc. are tuned to A440."
