I don't understand for sure what happened. It sounds like your mom
ordered the E-12, hoping that you wouldn't be able to tell the
difference, maybe thinking that "A clarinet is a clarinet and they're
all the same anyhow." I think you should go for the R-13. I hope this
doesn't start a war with your mom. If she really did order you an R-13,
then you shouldn't be charged $200 for the restocking fee. I hope you
get your R-13 soon. ANNIE
