Fred, I also have sleep apnia and have a cpap machine. It took me a few
days to get used to it and now I can't fall asleep without it. It is
terrific!

However, a cpap is for use with sleep apnia which causes snoring
problems. If that is NOT what you have, then you need further medical
advice. But if your sleep disorder is strictly related to snoring,
welcome to the world of the cpapa machines, which is something you put
on at night and take off in the morning, refreshed, relaxed, and without
an angry wife.
