Jettel's trios, Theme and Variations
for the B flat clarinets, are published by Doblinger (1973)
D 14435 - 05.333 (16 minutes)
I have never heard of a clarinet quartet by him
It is not listed in Brixel.
Composers of other clarinet quartets
in the Doblinger catalogue include:
Kubicek, Takacs and Keldorfer
but for my money the best, most entertaining and
challenging quartet for B flat clarinets is
Franz Tischhauser's Das Vierklaklavier (1984) (11 mins)
Amadeus BP 2624. (Til Eulenspiegl is in their somewhere)
