Since my two eyes are not greatly different from each other, I just use
full-frame drugstore reading glasses instead of my usual bifocals. So what
if the conductor is a little fuzzy -- who looks at him anyway? ;-) With
the bifocals, I have to crane my neck unnaturally or hold the horn too
high. You could also have full frame prescription reading glasses made, or
possibly what they call "computer glasses," which are like bifocals but
with a larger reading correction area -- about 2/3 rather than 1/3 of the lens.
