The Shrine to Music in South Dakota would be a wonderful place to keep
these important instruments. They keep good care of what they have, and
don't allow anyone to take them and use them in recital, unless they are
instruments that have have been acquired for that purpose. (Obviously,
these should be kept for study.) They have Rosario Mazzeo's wonderful
clarinet collection there. If you are interested, email me off-list, and
I'll look up their phone number for you. (I don't work there, but am
very impressed with this museum.)
