Speaking clearly for myself, I don't have the time to constantly update
software files. Half the time I'm logging on to my ISP from a remote
computer to get my mail(for the home set-up) and I use Mail2Web to get the
mail. The wizards where I work take care of the system there, so I don't
have to worry about that system. I think the big problem is the lack of
savvy as to how the computers work. Let's face it - unless one has a lot of
time to learn how systems and software work, the technical stuff just goes
by the wayside. Just my opinion. If I run into something that is
particularly stumping, well that's when I contact the Superman of computer
technology! And he's so helpful. :+)))
