Subj: SV: [kl] how to store reeds?
Date: Wed, 12 Dec 2001 18:45:41 -0500

Do you have any specific suggestions?=20

I have a couple of those blue Vandoren Reedgards (blue thingy with space =
for 4 reeds and a coal-filter in it) and one small "jewelry-box" with a =
glass-plate and rubber bands on it (I think originally for sax reeds =
cause it's a bit big, but it works.. and I play a bit sax as well). My =
teacher uses a wooden box with a humidity-meter(?) in it where he has =
the reeds either in the plastic things they come in or in specially made =
holders for 2 or 4 reeds, which he recommends but these boxes are very =
expensive!

Thanks for your help!

Ragnhild
