Russ Dagon teaches at Northwestern. He is a wonderful clarinetist and a fine gentleman.

(Russ tops the very short list of people that I would go take a lesson from, at my advanced age. In fact, I asked him to hear me play some stuff before our last symphony concert, but we couldn't find an open time.)

Leslie Grimm also teaches there. I do not know her as well, but she has a fine reputation.

Lawrie Bloom teaches bass clarinet.

Sounds like a FINE clarinet faculty to me!
