Mike, with respect to your note and your desite not to offend, let me
give you a perspective. First, you certainly did not offend me and I'm
glad you took a moment to give us your ideas on the matter.

But in terms of content, I can't find anything in what you wrote to have
very much substance. As such, I ask you not to take this response as an
offense.
