Your new clarinet came with a brochure that describes Buffet's recommended care
procedure. Their recommendation is that you do not oil the bore at all. The
wood is saturated at the factory, as much as it will take; anything you apply
will just sit on the surface.

I don't remember reading a suggested key oiling schedule on this list.
Personally, I let my repairman do it during regular tune-ups, and only apply
key oil in between when a joint gets noisy or sticky.
