Clark,
Its funny you should mention this. When I was first trying out Greenlines earlier this year, I checked every horn for structural integrity. In doing this, I found that one of the three horns had a tone hole (3rd finger hole on lower joint) that looked like it had been replaced (with Greenilne material, of course). There was a seam in the countersunk part of the finger hole. This concerned me because it was only on one of the horns. The same thing happened this summer when I was trying out some Festival Greenlines. Maybe you or Mr. Kloc can provide some insight into this.
