I'm not quite sure what you mean to imply by this. The fact that certain
people may have periods of time "between jobs," as the saying goes, does not
seem to me to have any great implications about the state of society in a
given country.

Just six minutes before writing the message excerpted above, you wrote
another one which mentioned somewhat similar problems in your own country:

Be careful about painting others with such a broad brush. You might get
some of the black paint on yourself.
