Hi everybody!
I joined the list several months ago, but I never really got myself
involved. Anyway, I thought that I should start with a simple introduction.

My name is Joon Huh, currently a sophomore at Cornell University. I started
playing the clarinet in fifth grade, and I hated it! I hated practicing so
much! But I didn't have much of a choice - my mom kept on pushing me to
practice. However, when I got my clarinet overhauled back when I was a
freshman in high school, I started to think differently about the clarinet.
Upon playing one note with my overhauled instrument, I was shocked at how
beautiful the sound was! And since then, I've been loving the clarinet! I'm
so glad that my mom pushed me like crazy (even though I totally hated it
back then). Throughout my high school years, I auditioned a lot (region,
state, national etc), and I had the best time just hanging out with other
"musicians" of my age. @-----.
