I am currently working on a dissertation topic and
would really appreciate the views of this board:

Going back about a hundred years, who do you think has
influenced the American clarinetist the most;

How many schools of clarinet playing do you think
exists in America?

Is there such a thing as the 'American sound'?

Being new to this board, I hope I have not included
too many questions in this request.
