I looked on the Herbert Wurlitzer home page
http://holz.fureai.or.jp/catalogue/Cla_Wurlitzer.html
and found a list of who plays what. Larry Combs, Greg Smith, and Michele
Zukovsky all play on the Model 100c "Soloist" clarinets, and Loren Levee(LA
Phil), Stephen Bates (Kennedy Center Opera), and Charles Stier play on the
Reform-Boehm. Apparently the Dutch players are moving to Reforms, as well.
