This might be an odd subject to bring up on this list, but I have been
taking a long break from playing to concentrate on other areas of my life,
most importantly parenting my little ones.

However, I am at a point where I truly need to get certified to do something
to make an income (I am a single parent and money, as we know doesn't grow
on trees). I no longer have the desire or the ability to teach in the
public schools at all, yet I enjoy working with people and would like to do
something using music. I realize I will need my playing and I can get
either loans or a Voc Rehab program to pay for it. I simply need some
resources and some suggestions.

Anyone know anything about the programs available at Radford University in
Virginia? Any other programs available in Virginia?
