I believe that some years back, Richard Gilbert's Grenadilla Label
re-released it (with Ralph McLane's Brahms Trio). His web site was
www.grenadilla.com, but that link does not seem to be active. If you want,
email me privately and I may be able to dig up a phone or snail mail
address.

As to colleagues, you may want to try contacting David Weber in NY, I think
he knew everyone.
