Reed rush isn't a spray - it's a plant (also called Dutch rush) that
basically serves similar function as sandpaper/files in the reed
preparation process. Some people swear it's the only proper way to take
anything off of reeds, etc etc...yadda yadda yadda. I personally haven't
used it since 800 Wet or Dry doesn't have to be purchased by mail order
and is pretty inexpensive. Off the top of my head, though, either Pino,
Rosario, Stein, or Bonade (it's been a while since I read any of them all
the way through) touts it as the only way to go.

In other news, I only had to remove 60 some lines of unnecessary text from
the email I was replying to. I suppose in a way (perhaps a twisted one),
it's good to know that there's consistency in the universe. (Mark may not
see eye to eye with me on that one, judging from one of his previous
messages, though. *grin*)
