I bouth a Bay Equalizer II mouthpiece recently (used, but in great condition). I am somewhat curious about the mouthpiece so hopefully someone will know the answers to these questions.
1. What is the difference in a Bay Equalizer II and an Equalizer I (if there is such a thing)?
2. What is the difference in a regular Bay and an Equalizer II? What does it equalize?
3. The facing is a MO-L. I played a great Bay mouthpiece (MO-M) back in the 70's until I loaned it to a student who moved to Germany and took the mouthpiece with her never to be heard from again. I think the long facing is not for me. Should I use a little softer reed on the long facig?
Would anyone want to trade this one for a regular Bay MO-M if I can't get used to the long facing?

Any information you could give me about this mouthpiece would be appreciated. Maybe I need to ask Charles Bay. I know him, but I don't have his e-mail address. Does anyone have his e-mail address.
Thanks,
James Marioneaux
