Golly, I didn't know that Abe travelled in such elite circles. I guess I
have good taste, because I adore his books, and my students are always
excited to learn all the passages. I have a secret code with my
students. If I think they can play a passage a little better, I put a
gold star next to the passage, and when I assign the next lesson, I ask
them to please practice all the passages with the gold stars. They love
it, and I have kept it a "secret" from their parents. ANNIE
