I've played this piece many times with Universal Edition parts, and the
clarinet parts are indeed transposed for E-flat, B-flat/A, and bass in
B-flat. The bass clarinet part (which, incidentally, goes down to low D,
so you need an instrument with the low C extension) is entirely in treble
clef. The U.E. catalog number for these parts is 8685. The parts are
clear and well-cued (the measure numbers are reasonably sized) but may
very well contain some errors that have been corrected in the new edition.
