Russianoff and Garrett are in agreement and are using the same terms.

Garrett: "Again, notice the speed of the air is faster than before. Where
exactly is the change taking place that allows one air stream to be warm
(slow) and the other to be fast (cold)?"

Geidel:
"fast air" may be analogous to Russianoff's concept of "cool air."

Same concept. Russianoff and Garrett are speaking of the same concept,
using the same terms. No conflict.
