Nancy was confused over the Michigan/Texas thing ...

The past year's been a bit tumultuos for me. My family (2 of the kids & my
wife - my oldest is in Cleveland attending CIM so I hardly ever see him)
live in Novi, Michigan at the moment. I took a position last year with a
promising startup founded and chaired by an old friend of mine in Austin,
Texas, and commuted back & forth (3 weeks Texas, 1 week Michigan). Well, the
investors decided to do a little housecleaning last June, and the CEO and
his hires (me) were laid off.

I'm now in the middle of starting a new venture with the ex-CEO here in
Austin in the wireless arena (email/client server/that kind of stuff) and
still commuting between Novi and Austin. Sneezy is set up to be remotely
administered (including power up/down) from anywhere in the world, so it
really hasn't mattered where the hardware is.

Austin weather is sooooooooooooo much nicer than Detroit! Even the heat is
OK! Winter is a "nice place to visit" ;^)
