Hey:
Smetana's Moldau is almost entirely for clarinet in C, although it does
change to Bb and A briefly. Much of the Berlioz Symphony Fantastique is for
clarinet in C (except that obnoxious solo for Eb clarinet in the 5th
movement). I personally have never used a C clarinet, and I've only seen one
once. I just play the parts on my Bb and transpose. Oh, I think one of the
Stamitz concertos is for C clarinet, but don't quote me on that.
