I can't get at the Eb/Bb key under the D/A ring very well, and most folk
leave it out all together. The Hobbs _Fanfares_ for 2 Eb clarinets look
very easy but have tripped up at least one Eb newby because they are quite
fiddly to play on Eb, especially with big hands.
